Alnico magnets and the finest, historically correct wire with the correct diameter and isolation thickness are the base of our Kluson pickups .

The winding process is done by a computer printer whose former print head guides the wire by moving from side to side in different steps – “Printer wound”.

The final result is better than handwound pickups because there are much lower tolerances.
